About this article
With the ORNO plug-in motion sensor, you can automatically switch connected devices on and off based on movement. Plug the adapter into the socket and connect your device.
- Motion-controlled operation: the connected device is activated upon movement and low ambient light levels; as soon as there is no more movement after the set duration, the plug switches off automatically.
- Adjustable LUX (daylight) and sensor response: set the light level at which the device reacts and adjust the sensitivity of the motion sensor.
- Time setting for how long it stays on: choose the duration that the connected device remains switched on after detection.
- Plug-and-play: simply plug into the wall socket and immediately connect a lamp or other electrical device.
Please note: (NOT SUITABLE FOR BELGIUM!!) – For Dutch sockets. Protection rating: IP20.
Important warnings and limitations
The motion sensor can be used in various operating modes (On/Off/Auto) as desired. This allows you to determine how the adapter handles the connected device. Useful for applications such as lighting in hallways or basements and for controlling other electrical devices.
